Well it seems like Raf has averted the danger and used his jets to jump right into the safety of the radio tower. Domm's fate still remains a mystery.
Now for those who were always wondering about Raf's jet pack, basically, he only lost his stabilizers during his fight with Karis. The one he's using now are the main thrusters that allow him to fly at great speeds. The stabilizers only steer him. That's why he used the stabilizers to land safely, if he had used the jet boosters he would have flown another hundred feet into the air. xD So here, Raf has to make sure his jumps were correctly timed, otherwise he would have ended up slamming onto the radio tower.
